Dr. Ward has provided written and oral testimony more than 40 times on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, administrative, and legislative proceedings.
Dr. Ward’s areas of expertise include econometric and statistical analysis, applied microeconomics, antitrust and competition, labor and employment, land use and real estate, environmental and natural resource, commercial damages and business practices, right of way, healthcare, person injury, and wrongful death.
Dr. Ward has taught courses at Harvard University, Lewis and Clark College, the University of Oregon, and Portland State University.
