• Maggie earned the Presidential Management Fellowship in 2004.

• Maggie has worked with the Sports Conflict Institute with collegiate teams on assessing and preventing issues.  Her participation with the SCI helps move individuals and teams to achieve optimal performance.  

• Maggie has mediated cases involving workplace disputes (e.g. communication, cross-cultural, interpersonal, multi-party, staff/management) and Equal Employment Office disputes (e.g. discrimination, harassment) arising among employees in federal, state, and local government agencies.  Parties to the dispute relied on her neutrality and ability to provide a confidential, safe, and professional environment.
